Bitflash International Trade Limited (“Bitflash”, “Us”) has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how Bitflash collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Bitflash’s products, services and websites (together “Services”).

To manage the information Bitflash receives about you from a third-party application or platform where you play our games, like Facebook, Apple, Google, or Amazon, you will need to follow the third-party application’s instructions for updating your information and changing your privacy settings. You also can manage many aspects of information collection and use from your mobile device by visiting the “settings” page of your mobile device or web browser and reviewing the access permissions of each Bitflash game/application.

To the extent that one of our games is collecting information about non-Bitflash applications you have on your mobile device, the game will provide you with an option to stop making that information available to us in the game’s “settings” page.

Once Bitflash receives your information from a third-party application/ platform or your mobile device, that information is stored and used by Bitflash in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may access and update that information as described above.

Opting Out of Promotional Communications from Bitflash

5. Data Retention and Correctness

Bitflash retains the data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, when you search for something on Facebook, Google, etc., you can access and delete that query from within your search history at any time, but the log of that search is deleted after 6 months. Bitflash does not verify the correctness of personal data.

Irrespective of the above, Bitflash may still retain some of the data to the extent such retention is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce Bitflash user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of Services.

The Services may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags, locally shared objects, clear GIFs and web beacons. Bitflash treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.

Please note that your access to and use of the Services may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, on-line gaming platforms, social networking services and others. You recognize and agree that Bitflash is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.

Bitflash follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in Bitflash’s possession. This Services are intended for use by those 21 or older for amusement purposes only. Without derogating from the foregoing, Bitflash does not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of 13.
